If we create a culture that promotes well-being and prosperity for all,
then we will be in a position to discover who we really are.

Melbourne, Saturday 20 February

Turn your concern about the future into leadership. Come learn an exciting new approach to conducting powerful conversations about how to turn things around in our time of accelerating environmental destruction.

These conversations are part of what we hope will become a massive citizen-led educational movement to inspire thoughtful mainstream commitmentto doing everything required to solve global warming and other mounting environmental and social issues.

The needed changes are complex, of course. Kitchen Table Conversations show a way to cut through the complexity and align on a positive way forward.

We use physical models to enable people to keep track of the conversations. This is a breakthrough approach.

People like the models. They enable people to form a systemic framework for making sense of things. They see fresh ways that they can contribute to amplify the great wave of positive change that is already going on.

The training is part of a global initiative called www.inspiringtransition.net. Our intention is towin: to actually succeed in transitioning to an ecologically sustainable socially healthy society. No lesser intention will do at this time; failure is not an option. Innovative communicationis the key to success.

We have a growing network of co-leaders across Australia, North America and Europe. Everybody who participates is a co-leader – there is no central authority. We hope that you will choose to be a co-leader yourself. You will not be alone. We have critical work to do together.
